Q. IS IT BEST TO REPAIR OR REPLACE AN APPLIANCE?

A. An older appliance in your house leads to two choices. You can either schedule professional appliance repair to try to save money and keep on using your current stove, refrigerator, dishwasher or dryer or washing machine or replace the broken appliance with a brand new one.

Household appliances have an average lifetime. If your current home appliance is within the earlier or middle stages of that lifetime, we would suggest scheduling our appliance repair service. If the appliance is reaching the end of its lifetime, we then recommend replacing it with a new one if you have a budget for it.

These are the estimated lifetimes of all models of household appliances:

Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years

Q. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE A GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY?

A. Definitely. Our appliance repair service includes a warranty on all replacement parts and our labor. We use manufacturer parts for GE, LG, Frigidaire, Sub-Zero, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and many other popular appliance brands so we can preserve the manufacturer’s warranty. Q. ARE YOU ABLE TO YOU FIX THE BROKEN APPLIANCE ON YOUR FIRST TRIP?

A. We can. We load all of our service vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer parts and all of the necessary tools to complete our appliance repair service. If we do need to come back at a later time to finish a repair, there won’t be an extra service cost. We estimate we can finish over 85% of our appliance repair appointments on the first visit.

Q. WILL YOU CALL ME WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour window for our repairman to arrive at your residence. We know how important your time is so do our best to arrive during the early part of our service window. But, if an earlier repair or appointment takes much longer than we anticipated, this allows the technician a little time to be able to arrive on schedule in the service window. We always call 15-20 minutes prior to their arrival.
